VERY BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

Handed in two items for replacement in November last year. Still not replaced. Spoke to 0800 and asked to speak to manager told he in meeting. Asked for e-mail address told they are not allowed to give it to anyone?
Still awaiting someone to phone me back regarding query.
