SA Post Office
No mail for 2 months, 2 parcels missing

I haven't received mail for 2 months, let alone receive any accounts. i sent a parcel to cape town on the 11th of March, it still hasn't arrived. a parcel was sent to me from Bloemfontein on the 8th of April and i still haven't received it, neither does the post office know where it is and they claim they can't track it. i want the parcels delivered, i want my mail, an apology sent to whomsoever i owe money to where i didn't receive the bills. and i want a discount on my post box rental for at least 2 months
