It was clearly the that I spoke to that got the postal code wrong. So that is not my fault at all. I received the package this morning and she also got my surname wrong, even after I spelled it for her. So after waiting almost two months for this package all I received was a replacement product, which I initially paid for, two 25g Bisto sachets, two 40g packets of Trotters jelly, one 125g Hinds custard powder and one 56g Hinds black pepper. I don't eat any of the products that were sent to me, except for the atchar and pepper and the atchar I paid for. This package is pathetic. I still have the product with the fly inside, so I think it would be best if I go to a newspaper with my story. I'm sure that the products I received don't even add up to R20, excluding the atchar as I paid for it. I made numerous phone calls, probably adding up to about R100's worth or airtime. Your service is pathetic and I will warn as many people as possible to stay away from your products.
