Recently I bought a Pakco product and found that it wasn't up to their usual standard. I contacted their customer care people. Within a couple of days, Pakco had uplifted the suspect product and couriered me a replacement, along with a letter of apology, keeping me informed of the process along the way.
In this day and age, it is refreshing to find a company that takes such pride in their products, and that cares about their customers. If all companies ran their customer care departments along these lines, the world would be a much better place.
Thank you, Pakco - and especially Ugen Kisten - for the wonderful xmas present of restoring my faith in SA companies. I'll be a Pakco customer for life.
