I have tried to contact ANYONE at the HPCSA and the only people I can get hold of is the call center. Once they move me to an extension that annoying electronic voice prompt gives me the persons name and surname and say that they aren't available.
I have LITERALLY called 24 times to various people that sits on the Board for Psychology and even people in ethics and 24 times I received the voice prompt. Please note that this is over a 4 day period at various times throughout the day.
This is simply unacceptable, especially if you consider that professionals like ourselves are PAYING for this service. If you ask any professional what their opinion is on the HPCSA then it will negative 90% of the time. Take pride in what you do or stop charging us for the service that you DON'T render.
