HPCSA - Acceptable level of Service?

I sent an email to the HPCSA in September 2012 asking why the Practitioner Roadshow was not offering a seminar in the major center of Port Elizabeth with the closest presentation located in George. I received no reply.
I sent a request on 12 June 2013 as the HPCSA is again holding a Practitioner Roadshow with the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan area again being overlooked. The closest venues being East London and Mthatha. I received an automated response indicating that my query will receive attention within 48 hours. Twelve days later, still no response!
Is the HPCSA being sincere with the email ending "We look forward to being of service to you"?
Is this the service we need to accept from the organisation that is "Protecting the public and guiding the professionals"?
