To whom it may concern
I have a debit order that goes off every single month from Fonesure (MD-1694086-3). I never authorized anyone to debit my account nor did I ever give anyone consent to sign me up for any type of insurance.
R62.50 has been coming off my account for months now and I demand a full and complete refund and that this debit order be cancelled.
I have tried contacting your offices on numerous occasions and I have yet to even speak to anyone who can help me.
Please contact me urgently.
