Purchased the box of ProNutro from a Spar in Pineslopes, Fourways. The box was in perfect condition and sealed, so no fault of Spar. It also meant that I could not see the defect before purchasing. Upon opening the box, the plastic packaging was already open at the top (which in itself is concerning from a health/hygiene perspective) and the amount inside the packet was visibly much less than in other packets I looked at alongside it.
So not only has Bokomo reduced the quantity of ProNutro in each box over the past few years, but now I am paying for an already opened, half empty box of food.
Tried to contact Bokomo through its customer "care" function on its website, and after almost two weeks I've had no reply. Clear lack of caring about customer satisfaction when they just pump out in mass to the retailers. Will not be supporting this brand under these circumstances.
