LIARS THAT YOUR MONEY

I came in on the 2nd of April 2013 to drop off my laptop to be fixed for work. i made it extremely clear to the consultant that i needed the quote on Friday (as the job sheet indicated) so that i could pay (if reasonable) as soon as possible so that i don't suffer at work. i get a call from this ZANELE person asking me for a password (the computer couldn't even boot windows and the password was one of the issues i had told to the consultant) after that discussion Friday came. no word from this company. so i purchased a new laptop. come Monday i had had enough. i emailed their quotes and customer complaint emails to get a response for my job number. i gave it and still nothing till 2 hours later after i had words with the consumer line.
Zanele called to explain that they didn't count the day i delivered my laptop so they had till today and that apparently it was sent. so i asked the email address and it was wrong. so again their company cant write down simple info, or read my customer form that has my email on it.
i wanted my deposit of R171 back as their services was not rendered so they said no the laptop was analysed i only received my quote today of R5730 my laptop is R2800
