I placed an order over 5 weeks ago! Granted there were public holidays, the lead time on the quotation was 5-7 working days! On two occasions they told me my goods would be delivered that day, but nobody pitched or even called to let me know! I have had to call them every day, and everyday I get promised that someone will call me back... NOTHING!
