The problem started when my nephew thought my car needed a permanent open window. I phoned SQS Glass and they promised they can get me the glass in a week's time. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing from them. I decided to give them a call and they promised I will get it soon. Another two weeks passed and still no communication from them. I called them again and they promised to call me back but they never did. Two months later I approached another company that got me the glass within three days. Since I had paid SQS a deposit, I decided to give them a chance and asked them to install the glass for me, they promised to call me back to set up an appointment but they never did. I got the glass installed by another company. And then the dilemma started when I requested a refund from them. They have been promising to refund me the money and I am still waiting. I am a very patient person but my patience has run out now. I send an email to them but they don't respond or they respond saying the money will paid that day, and two weeks later I am still waiting with no communication from SQS.
