Overpriced pathetic service

I required a plumber out to fix an underground water leak. i was told he cannot quote me over the phone however when the plumber came out, he looked at the problem called head office and described the problem in the same words that i had used. the call center than quoted me a price. after the job was done they refused to leave my premises until i provided a proof pf payment which i could not because i do not have a printer. they went so far as to call the police. 1 month later they called me telling me i have not paid them and accusing of . if i had read all these comments on hello peter i would never have used them.
