Customer report problem with his geyser. I phoned Koos van Zyl to send his plumber to the site. On site the change the element and thermostat and leave. Later the day tenant call me just to tell me that the problem is still the same. Called Koos van Zyl and he send his plumber and electrician out again. They could not ID the problem and told tenant he must run his hot water longer. Again I called Koos van Zyl and arrange appointment with him, myself and tenant. He did not attend and when I call him he was still in Johannesburg.
To solve the customer problem i called another plumber and they ID and correct the problem in 20min
