Sent parsel to wrong post office

Parsel PE813195069ZA was posted in Durban on 12/03/2013. Arrive in Witspos, sent to Germiston, sent back to Witspos, sent back to Germiston on 03/04/2013. If we try to call Germiston to tel them to sent it to Kelvin for colection - nobody answers the phone. Place let me now for how long must I witness the parcle go past my front door.
