My parcel is stuck at Witspos Hub!!!

I posted a parcel to the Norwood Post Office early in July 2013, but my parcel has been stuck at Witspos Hub since the 14 July 2013... Please get it moving as the person who has to receive have been waiting for long and it is agent!!! the parcel number is PE533 785 367ZA.
