Study material: One month and no delivery yet!

I have ordered some maths tests for my son currently in Grade 12 this year.

I ordered them on 28 January 2013, and hey were packed the next day, 29 January 2013. The next day, 30 January 2013, the parcel was posted and scanned into the SA Post Office system at Tswane Hub.

Now, four weeks later - NO DELIVERY.

My son needs this study material: if the post office cannot deliver, can I go and fetch the item from WITSPOS? No answer from the 0860 112 502 helpline either.
