Are there no manual procedures in place when the post office is off line?
In schools we must do manual procedures when there is no power or no internet?
What happened to the manual procedures, gone just like the street names?
We as public don't have time to stand there and wait till the system is back on again.
With the reply of "we're off line" there is also no service to the public.
Please do contact me I would like to hear what happened to the manual procedures?
