The place is not like as advertised on a internet. The place have a bad smell, the shower was blocked, the bed is too old, taps leaking, towels are not changed. We slept with same sheets for 10 day without changing them. The chalets is not cleaned at all. The last two days we didnt have towels to bath. Lights are not working, I called Tracy but nothing was done. Tracy doesnt care about the guest, The place is a mess. Jeany must go there and see what we see as guest. The advert on internet is false, the place is rotten from pool to the chalets everything is smelling. I will never go back there again or advice people to go there. When i ask Maria the cleaner lady to change the towels she take them an dry them and bring them back to us without washing them.the baboons broke our door when we call tracy she said she cannot do anything until the following day because her husband is not home.we had to fix the door ourself because we couldnt sleep without a door..
