I booked Supreme Limos for my daughter's matric dance. After all payments were made in full the contract was breached several times.
1. They advised the limo I had requested was not available due to a problem with it's brakes. An alternative was offered which I accepted.
2. Five hours before they were due to pick my daughter up they called me to say they had not realized I was in Durban - the booked limo was in Jhb. All my details were completed on the form as requested by them clearly indicating I was in Durban.
3. An alternative was found in Durban. They arrived late due to last minute arrangements with Supreme Limos.
4. They arrived in a limo that was R500 cheaper than the one I had booked.
5. The driver was sending bbbms whilst driving 8 kids on a freeway.
6. They failed to collect the kids from the after party - a service I had paid for.
Several mails were sent to try to resolve but all have been ignored.
Do not use this service. Awful in every respect.
