I really don't know what the problem is with Avon. once again I was invoiced for goods and it was not received. It's just getting worse cause first it was 1 or 2 items now it's 6 and even a free item that I suppose to get was not received. does customer complaints not tell them that there is something wrong in their business or are they just over looking them because if they were really trying to fix the problem the service should get better and not worse. I'm sure i'm not the only one complaining about being invoiced and not receiving the items. what must I do now? psycology the guy that deals with the complaints also takes his time in sorting and responding to them. could someone else please contact me? I cannot be paying for items not received.
