I have logged a complaint before for the same thing but it still keeps on happening. In the process of picking, packing and checking, Avon should check their employees because products are invoiced but not received. So someone is not doing their work properly or it might be that someone must be pocketing these things products. It's no use contacting me and apologising and trying to fix my order, Rather fix the problem by checking the employees and making sure they do what they were employed to do. this is really becoming a problem. My invoice number 17497283 I ordered 1x firming body lotion, I was invoiced but I did not receive it. We as reps are giving a service to our clients but Avon is not giving a service to us.
