Hi

I have used all the channels on complains with Avon, however with on luck.
Here is the history of my complains, in December I placed an order where a customer will receive a free hair remover.
When the order arrives it was stated no stock and the following invoice stated discounted while my customer are waiting for it.
I don't know what kind of marketing is used where you guys don't even bother to call us or replace the free item customer are buying because they are getting something in addition.

In Jan 2013 invoiced for X5 Bubble bath which I didn't received and I contacted Avon, however I was told that this will be sent with my next order, yes they did was invoiced again I don't know if money is growing on trees with Avon no I need to pay R400.00 please be advised that I won't pay the additional R200.00 this wasn't my problem and people need to take ownership of their mistakes and don't ask us to do what you want what kind of customer service is this?

Invoice 17563211 the order that I placed original had 7 glimmer sticks and 7 Mascaras and the customer will receive a free brush when they spend R100, I was supposed to receive 7 dusting brushes for my customers
