I still did not receive the 17 items that was missing in the first box. You stated that it was captured and invoiced manually. Today is 2014-01-02 and I still did not receive my items. Please forward proof to me that it was manually captured and invoiced? I already refused to capture orders for 2 Avon representatives. I will not capture any orders for Avon representatives until my issue is resolved. This is the worst service I ever received from any Company. Avon promised that I would receive the items by 2013-12-24. I am going to lodge a complaint at Hellopeter also. I know that you tried your best to assist me, but Avon is definitely not professional. I have been selling Avon for almost 3 years and you never had any problems with me. Is this the thanks I get for being a good representative? Avon caused major damage to my customer representative relationship and will be impossible to fix it. Please tell Avon I want my missing box otherwise I will also open a case of against Avon. Please forward a tracking number for the missing items that was shipped again immediately? Thanks. Regards.
