I had an outstanding payment with Standard Bank and my account was now handed over, fine - i paid up the account and was now trying to get hold of the "agent" that was handling my account. when i called at 10:12 another agent answered and said she was on lunch and will be back at 11:30, i called again at 11:45 and she was on lunch again and i called again at 12:05 and she was on lunch and this time i requested to speak to the Supervisor and when i asked for his supervisor he spoke in Tswana and just dropped the call in my ear. THE SERVICE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, EMBARRASSING, TERRIBLE, THEY HAVE NO TELEPHONE ETTIQUETE AND THEY SOUND LIKE THEY ARE BEING FORCED TO MAKE COLLECTION AND THEY JUST HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
