Standard Bank has INCORRECTLY passed on bad payment of ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S REVOLVING CREDIT ACCOUNT (account 52544591) to Transunion and this has impacted my credit profile.
I only found out as I applied for something this weekend and it was declined. I called the complaints dept. today and spoke to an agent by the name of Boitumelo who confirmed that the account listed belongs to Naidoo so she said she logged a complaint (ref. : 55874944) and someone will investigate and revert as soon as possible. I advised her that I need an urgent response and she said could not commit to a timeline as she is not looking into it. She said she will ask her team leader to prioritise to try and have it looked at today but cannot guarantee. Asked to speak to the leader (Tulani) but he was on lunch and another team leader desk was also on lunch and her manager was in a meeting. She said unable to get manager out of meeting as she is not sure where the meeting is. EXTREMELY UPSET as I have been a LOYAL account holder for years. Standard Bank's fault and I must wait for them to investigate and FIX so my profile is fixed to get something I applied for. IS THIS SERVICE?? Wonder what Wendy Knowler would say?
