I bought stuff online on 22 February and due to the postal strike delivery got delayed. One morning I went to track my parcel on the post office website and got a message that my tracking number did not exist. I, of course, was in a flat spin but before ranting and raving I sent an email to the customer service that day. The following day I received an email from Mr Jack Moreroa detailing why delivery was late and he apologized for the delay. But my story did not end there, Mr Moreroa emailed me regularly to inform me where my parcel was! I even got an email the day my parcel arrived at my local post office. Thank you Mr Moreroa for the outstanding service I received from you, you put me at ease when I was in a panic and your emails ensured me my parcel was safe.
