BAD SERVICE AT SEVEN ELEVEN AT UJ APK CAMPUS

I went to friendly seven eleven at the university of johannesburg Aucklandpark Kingsway previously known as RAU on the 27/03/2013 to do shopping there. when I got there the assistants where sitting behind the counter chatting and I asked for assistant without success as none of them responded. I then went to the manager (an indian guy) to seek for help as I was in the rush. when we got to the counter where they sell fast food the manager asked why they did not respond the lady there argued not only with the manager but also shouting at me FOR REPORTING HER TO THE MANAGER. The customer service at seven eleven is bad. As a student I will never buy at seven eleven again. To those who have and who are still receiving bad service at seven eleven please STOP BUYING AT SEVEN ELEVEN UNTIL THEY LEARN TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.
