Expensive paperweight

So after being a loyal customer from my XL one days. Updated to Via 120. Now I need to buy live traffic. I would love to give you my money but seems that you dont want it.

Website is no help. Keeps giving me a message

You can either create a new account in the current site - you have to pick a new username/emailaddress - or go back to homepage, choose the correct site from the dropdown on the right-top, then re-enter the items in your basket. You will then be able to logon and associate the order with your existing account

I fllow the instructions NO JOY.

And don't tell me to try the call center. In total have been on hold for in excess of 1 hour and no one picks up.

Guess my money is not good enough for you.
