I registered for online dating a while back on arrangementseekingSA out of curiosity but, I did not choose a subscription package because I wanted to see how the site worked first. I was able to log on once when I registered after that I would get an error when logging on saying URL not found or the site is undergoing maintanance and its been 2 months now.
I recieve notifications on my email everyday about private messages but, I'm unable to read since the site is not working. I want to delete my account but, I cant' sometimes I'm able to log on and I tried to select an option to delete my account or email customer support but, whenever I submitt the request I would get an error.
The messages are irritating me and I want to delete the account. My worry is that If I had schosen a subscription, it means my money would be deducted every month without me being able to use the service. I'm glad I did not provide my account details but, I would still like to unsubscribe.
