Unacceptable service and response thereof at Bliss

I booked myself for a color and cut at Bliss Hair and Skincare. On arrival the stylist informed me that they booked me for too short a time but that I shouldn't worry, she will make a plan. Her "plan" was for her assistant to highlight my hair. After showing the stylist a picture of the style I want she cut a fringe, which clearly wasn't in the picture that I showed her. I never liked a fringe and hate having hair in my face. The following day while blow drying my hair I noticed that the assistant didn't took the color through the whole strand when highlighting my hair, resulting in dark and light spots in my hair instead of stripes. This after sitting for 4.5hours in the salon and paying R1, 100 (which is by the way the senior stylist charge out and not the assistants!!!) I went back to the salon, talking to Orette (stylist) and Sarah (co owner) and showing them my hair. Sarah agreed that it is unacceptable and that she will get back to me. Elmarie got back to me saying that the want to fix my hair. I didn't have the time to sit for another 4hours and then she said she will talk to the owner and get back to me. I am still waiting, 3 weeks later. Never go to Bliss!!
