I just wanted to say thank you to the team at the Johannesburg CBD branch. You have a fantastic group of people working for that branch. I did an initial query on line that was answered promptly (Muzi). I then paid a visit to the premises and was escorted to the various units by Tsepo who was professional and friendly. On the day of my move I was quite panicked that the van would be late (as this is a free service that is offered) and being sceptical that anything you do not pay for will always end up badly. I was surprised that the van showed up on time. The driver was friendly and whilst he did not have to be helpful in any manner (not part of his job) tried his best to be. I was really very impressed. Once I got to Stor-age on the day of the move I met Brenda who was friendly and sorted my documents out in a few minutes whilst always having in the back of her mind that I was moving furniture and ran around to get the unit swept and sorted as well. I would recommend Stor-age to anybody. Thank you for being a great bunch. Really took the stress out of moving. Carmen
