Recently purchased and fitted bathroom fittings from San Marco (Boksburg) local agent for Bathroom Butler.
because of mess ups by the builder we had to have our shower area re tiled. i had already disposed of the templates for the shower shelves. San Marco's sales rep did not seem to understand what i was asking for when i said I needed a copy of the template for drilling my new tiles.
Sent an e-mail to bathroom Butler's web site. received a phone call asking for my physical address.
Received a visit this morning from the rep Jenni who brought me another template.
That's what I call service!
