I would just like to inform you that you product is well overpriced for the quality that it is. I bought some of your products over the weekend at builders warehouse, the steel drill bit, which could not even drill one hole through mild steel before it was completely blunt, i went back and bought two more of the same bits unknowing the quality as well as some lubrication for the bit. Both those bits went blunt before the whole was done. I went back a 3rd time, to buy another brand and spoke to the ruwag rep on site who GUARANTEED that the industrial drill bit will not give me the same issue and also GUARANTEED 18 holes before it will show any signs of getting blunt. The bit finished the first hole and could not even take the second hole halfway. I would also just like to add that all these holes were tries with and without pilot holes, which too 5 drill bits to drill as well of which the ruwag could only drill 2. I ended up buying a hand full of Bosch bits at R18 and R24 each that mounted up to R400 since i was under the impression that the steel was quite hard.
I used ONE 5mm bit to drill every remaining pilot hole ONE 10mm bit to drill all the remaining holes
