Harrassment by Bisset Norman and Associate sent by Avon Justine. I have written this complaint over and over again. I did not open an account with your company. Last year I reported the account and it was promised to be resolved. I still get threatening sms's from your collection agency Norman Bisset and Associate. The Norman Bisset and Associate have the different account number to what you wrote in the letter. I received the letter on 05 july 2012 from Angelica Shelton. Rectify this as it is annoying and I wont pay for something that I am not responsible for. Account numbers: 11263645 and 7248931. Close the account now.
