Dissapointed with BMW

I bought a brand new 1 series coupe from BMW.
After a week of driving the vehicle i noticed that the car was not going straight.
I sent the car to BMW numerous times and they kept saying that is was fine until the 4th time they admitted that there was a problem with the car. Another 4 days have gone and BMW is still trying by process of elimination to fix the car. I did explain to BMW that i do not feel safe driving the car.
They eventually call me today saying that the car is fixed and that i should pick it up. Why should i pay over R400k for a car that i am not happy with???
