AVON/Justine account still active even after reported as a account opened and all the paper work was done. Now I am still receiving SMS's from their collection agency Norman Bisset and Associate, now harrassing me. I have told the Norman Bisset and Associate to follow up with their client. And I sent a letter to their collection agency sent by Angelica Shelton. However the account she wrote there is not the same as the one she wrote on the letter. The two accounts are 7248931 and the Norman Bisset and Associate has 11263645. For the last time I did not open an account with Avon/Justine, rectify this now. The lady I spoke to at Norman Bisset and Associate is Thandi Magubane 011 273 7220. This is annoying.
