Thank you HelloPeter.com and thank you AFROX for responding to my posting on HelloPeter. Within 2 days after the posting a friendly and competent lady from AFROX called by phone and within the very next day my problem with them was resolved in a very amicable and prompt manner. What I could not achieve in over a year, was resolved completely and to my satisfaction within this last week.
