I was at BP in Ermelo on Saturday to fill up my car with petrol. There were 3 employees, only 1 assisting customers. The other 2 was in the office busy watching soccer on DSTV! They saw me waiting at the petrol pump for assistance but ignored me. Firstly, why is there DSTV at work? Secondly, is soccer more important than customer service? If this is the attitude of BP, then i will definitely not support them again.
