On Wednesday, 6 March I bought a voucher from Amazing Vouchers (and paid for it). On Monday, 11 March, I still haven't received my voucher and send a mail to [Email Removed] On Tuesday, 12 March, I got a reply and a apology from someone (won't mention the name) and asked me for my region so that they can send the voucher within a day. On Wednesday, 13 March, I've replied and gave the information and today is the the 18th (12 days since I bought the voucher) and I still haven't received it. I would like to know what the turnaround time is for issuing vouchers.
