Less than 2 years old I took my Breitling in for repair when it suddenly stopped working. Being a limited edition and worth around R100, 000 I was convinced that the workmanship was of a superior quality. When I received feedback I assume through Breitling South Africa the news was that the watch showed signs of damage and the cost to repair was R8000. What a surprise! The watch has not been worn in the water and the most strenuous it has ever been is on my wrist when playing golf! I am highly disappointed with this as I believe that this is a factory or manufacturing problem and not an excuse for them to blame it on damage from myself.
