I am paying lots of money for my orders to be sent to me and I understand that you have a staffing problem and that there are delays but now I can track my parcels at the post office -my parcels are at Witspos and Germiston Hub and I am not allowed to collect. What is the thinking behind this you don't have staff that want to work but yet you refuse to bend rules to facilitate client service?
Strangely all my parcels I post from Lyndhurst is being delivered all over South Africa, so incoming post into Gauteng is the problem.
Tracking numbers of 6 parcels that I paid for -can I get a refund as clearly you are not delivering in your 3-5 working days limit???
