SAPO also down the drain???

The service from the SAPO is completely unacceptable, this parcel is sitting over a month now: PE779892487ZA

We pay a service yet we don't get it, this parcel contains hair products, do you have any idea how many clients my wife has lost because of this?

Can we claim/sue for loss of income?
