I sent a parcel from Cape Town to Pretoria on the 1st March. Using the track and trace website I see it is still stuck in the CAPEMAIL (HUB).
I have phoned only to be told they are on strike and to "try again later". I also email 2 days ago and have not had a response.
Other mail is being delivered and sent so is it too much to expect to be given an eta on when my goods (PE754123245ZA) can be expected to be delivered?
