My Jacque lemans has been in 4 times now for the SAME problem, after a week and a half of been there i phoned Rowean Jacobson the so called MD, He knew about the story of the watch and told me that they would replace it for me. He said it would take 7 to 10 days, i phoned today after 13 day to find out what was happening, Rowan the MD told me it was on the ship, when i asked him why did he say 7 to 10 days then he told me to OFF and put the phone down on me. This is the MD of CJR GIFT SALES, now i can see why the rest of the company is such a joke. it all starts at the top
