I received a Fossil watch as a gift from my Grandmother last year. According to the model spec's its 100m waterproof and it received some water damage. Seeing that this was bought as a gift I had to go pick up my grandmother and take her with for the book in at Menlyn. I was given repair job no JC0107600000058 and told they will contact me once the repairs have been done. This was on the 12th of Jan 2013. About a month passed without hearing anything from them. I decided to phone them on Thursday the 14th of Feb 2013 and Spoke to Portia (she initially booked in the watch). I was told that I need to phone some company in Cape Town to find out what the status on my watch is. So I told her that it is not my responsibility to find out what is happening with my product and that i expect them to follow up and let me know because the watch was bought through them. She then took down my contact details for a second time, and till today I have not have any contact from them.
