Poor service from the CJR service department and the utter rudeness if Ina who literally slammed the phone down in my ear while I was talking.
I received a police watch as a gift that was bought from world time machine. A month later, I found that the crown was broken.
I returned it to WTM in Melrose arch for repair who sent it to CJR.
I called several times where I was told that the watch was not ready.
Eventually, 7 weeks later I personally called CJR to find out what the delay was.
I was told my watch was ready 4 weeks prior, but the new lady did not know that WTM trades under a different name and sent the driver away without my watch several times.
I eventually had to mange the process where I gave details to both the driver and the lady at CJR that my watch was in fact ready for collection. A simple job number worked in this case.
When I received my "brand new watch" it was scratched in several places during the repair.
I personally drove through to CJR and spoke to INA I clearly showed her where the tool had scratched my watch and it was unacceptable. After calling today, she told me it was scratched on arrival, raised her voice and then slammed the phone in my ear. RUDE
