A few weeks ago I complained about the service I received at Auto Pedigree Paarl and even though Im not one that usually complains I felt I had no other choice. While I believe that bad service should be brought to the attention of the public I am also a firm believer that good service should be rewarded. I would therefore like to thank the manager at the Paarl branch Jaco for his professional way in which he dealt with my complaints and issues that I had. Having dealt with him over the last few weeks my faith has been restored from someone that thought I would never deal with Auto Pedigree again to someone who will gladly do another deal with them given the oppurtunity. Thank you Jaco, you have shown that Good Customer Service still exists and that Auto Pedigree do care.
