HELP!?

Hi,

This morning (8 March 2013) I had R199 taken from my account by a Extl 3m -701152
Im guessing this is some kind of cellphone thing like exact mobile?
I dont ever remember agreeing to anything with a debit order, it has happened a few times over the years but I have not known how to sort it out until I saw this Hellopeter website.
And I also have no idea what Im supposed to be paying for??!!

I want my money back and I want this to stop! what a! Cant afford to spend R200 on nothing!
