Follow up of my report from 9th of February 2013:
I am now happy to tell the consumer world out there that Henry's canvas excelled in their approach of finding a solution to my canvas chairs problem. What a joy to receive a phone call from Lionel yesterday to confirm that my two chairs have been fixed with new and highly durable canvas to the specs of my needs. It all just seems like yesterday that I had my OLD chairs in my back garden in use. I guess this should be considered the best compliment for the services rendered by Henry's canvas and I am truly a satisfied customer. Thank you team Henry's canvas for a sound product/service. From my site I can assure you - you will get my vote for canvas expert in Gauteng!
