I ordered a floating canvas from Photolyze through Groupon. After having to send multiple e-mails daily to Cindy i finally received my canvas last week Friday 12.04.2013. I opened the product and I was not happy with the product. First of all I ordered and paid for an A2 canvas and the canvas that I received was not even close to the size of an A2 (smaller). After sending a complaint to Photolyze (having contacted Groupon for their compalints e-mail address) and CC Groupon, I was told on Monday by Cindy that I must go through Groupon to get a refund. This was after Cindy told me that my expectations are too high to expect an A2 canvas and not receiving a A2 canvas and that my artwork was supplied incorrectly.
I only received a how would you rate our service e-mail from Groupon, and when you click on the not happy tab the page cant find such an answer and maybe i clicked on the icon twice!!!
After talking to Cindy I sent the complaint to Groupon on Monday and followed up the following day... I still have not received a single phone call or e-mail.
Seriously?
